For about two years, Kevin Schläpfer has been the team manager of SC Langenthal, but he can imagine being a head coach again.

Since he left EHC Kloten in 2018, Kevin Schläpfer has not worked as a coach anymore. In 2019 he then joined SC Langenthal as team manager. "It's also very interesting and intense," the 51-year-old says in an interview with the Tages-Anzeiger. "But I'm not on the front lines like I am as a coach."

Although he is happy with his current job, he now has the energy to return back to coaching: "If an offer to coach comes along, I'm happy to look at it," he says. And he sends another clear signal of his interest to return behind the bench: "I'm back in top form and ready to go."
