Marco Cavalleri was under contract with Basel last season, so he is very familiar with the team. He will end the season with the Swiss League team and will join them for their playoff run. Cavalleri appeared in 40 games for the Bellinzona Rockets this season, recording five goals and ten assists.
Nils Rhyn also was in Basel's lineup last night. The 18-year-old defenseman usually plays for SC Bern's U20 team but helped the Swiss League team out last night.
