According to the Thurgauer Zeitung, there are rumblings that Jason O'Leary and Anders Olsson are HC Thurgau's front runners. While Olsson, head coach of HCV Martigny, is currently helping EHC Biel as an assistant coach, O'Leary is the head coach of Angers in the Ligue Magnus.
Patrick Brändli, team manager of HC Thurgau, was not willing to comment on the report but did disclose that their search for a head coach is nearing its end. However, nothing has been signed yet.
