Müller has been part of the board since 2019 when he was elected in an extraordinary general assembly. While he will no longer serve as a board member for HC Thurgau, his sponsorship agreement with the team will remain in place.
As for Müller and René Fontana's successors (Fontana announced his departure in January), the club will inform their shareholders about the candidates at the latest ahead of the general assembly which is scheduled for September 6.
