For the next two seasons, Anders Olsson will stand behind the bench of HC Thurgau. The experienced 48-year-old Swede has thus found a new employer following the withdrawal of HCV Martigny from the Swiss League. Olsson coached for seven seasons in Switzerland in various capacities. Momentarily, he is an interim assistant coach with EHC Biel.

"With Anders Olsson, we were able to sign our preferred candidate for the position of head coach" states team manager Patrick Brändli. "He is an ambitious ice hockey expert and, in addition to the sporting success of the team, will also focus on the further development of young players. These were requirements that were at the top of our list of priorities" continues Brändli.

In consultation with the new head coach Anders Olsson, Brändli's search for candidates for the roles of assistant and goalie coaches will start.
