As part of his column in Le Matin Dimanche, Ludovic Waeber addressed his future overseas. He states that there probably will not be a second season to his adventure and that he will likely return to Switzerland. Here, he is still under contract with the ZSC Lions.

Waeber was recently traded from the Florida Panthers to the Pittsburgh Penguins and assigned to their AHL affiliate, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. There, he occupies the number-two spot in net behind Joel Blomqvist.
