Goaltender Valentina Camenzind and defender Melissa Capezzali were injured during the preparation for the tournament which will start this weekend.
Häfliger will now be able to count on Amaya Valentina Iseli (Thun/Dragons U17) and Aiyana Vuillemin (SC Langenthal Damen) for the duration of the U18 Women's World Championship.
