Although he has only recently signed a one-year extension with EHC Visp, the 25-year-old defender might no longer suit up for them.

Valentin Pilet has attracted interest from the National League.

Stefan Volken, Chairman of EHC Visp's Board of Directors, confirms to the Walliser Bote that there has been an inquiry about Valentin Pilet. But Volken is reluctant to let him leave. "We need a defender like him," he says. "Currently, the situation is that he has to honor his contract in Visp and play for EHC Visp."

In view of the import positions, Volken states that Linus Klasen will definitely stay in Visp and that the search for a second import is ongoing. One option, according to the Walliser Bote, is the American forward Dan Sexton, who has played in the KHL for the past nine years.

As for other additions, the Lions have reportedly acquired defender Dan Weisskopf from EHC Olten. Also Cyril Oehen, Weisskopf's team mate in Olten, is supposedly set to move to Visp.
